Your gadget source has multiple ModulePrefs elements. I changed it to look more like <ModulePrefs title="XLRQ Radio Featured Clip" height="275" width="275" title_url="..." description="..." author=..." author_email="..." screenshot="..." thumbnail="..." />
And then the dashboard will accept it.
