Something does seem to be messed up with caching. I'm trying to add a new feature to a gadget, but I'm still seeing the old version.
I'm using the "My Gadgets" gadget. I also tried just adding ?nocache to the end of the URL without the My Gadgets gadget. It looks like this problem has been going on for a couple weeks according to the comments on the My Gadgets page. How are we supposed to develop gadgets when this is broken?
