Hi, We are building a social network and one of the features I would like to include is a way for users to enter their postcode/zipcode and for that to then automatically generate a small Google Map for that postcode to appear on their page.
I know such a feature exists on www.Gumtree.com for example. By only entering the postcode the map is automatically generated. Is there a really simple way of coding this into our site? Because the Google Maps API seems to be a lot more complex than we want it to be; as it is at the moment we're asking users to find their own anchor link from Google Maps and uploading that, but it's not an end user-friendly solution. Any ideas!? Many thanks! Josh -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "iGoogle Developer Forum" group.
