im running a goolgle my site.I have a task list page of to dos for my staff,The list site works really well,but the to do list is getting very big and taking for every to fnd in the list.also i want to try archive all month by month into a excel spreadsheet or to a access databse any ideas as i have currently have to highlight copy and paste into a spread sheet and then delete all the items off the list....any help would be great
