imho the next release should definitely contain the classloading fix from
issue 343:

I'd also like to add
http://code.google.com/p/google-guice/issues/detail?id=436 but that's a new
feature not a fix, so isn't essential

if someone can review the last patch from issue 343 I'm happy to merge it
into trunk

I'm also happy to help out with any outstanding 2.1 issues if it means we
can release 2.1 sooner rather than later :)

and then shipping it as is if neither of the above require further changes.
