No, but google is not exactly forthcoming with their plans &:^). I have google+ and they offer unlimited picasa albums (iiuc) and as far as I have seen, free usage of picnik which appears to be very similar or picasa except that it is a remote app. google+ seems to be another/similar_to facebook/twitter/.... which I still fail to see much use for except I am able to provide photo albums privately at a much greater line speed than my local server. I also don't have to worry about downtime.
