Hi Javier,

Only way I have found is to indeed use CursorManager and supply your
own cursors, e.g. your hand cursor. Then use a mouse move/over event
to check where the cursor is and then update the cursor. I actually
had this working over a groundOverlay in Google Maps, but I cannot
seem to find the code, might be on a work machine,
