We think we're doing everything you trailblazers have suggested, but
we're not getting it to work. We're using v1.9a, we've added
Security.allowInsecureDomain("maps.googleapis.com") to our flex code,
we have registered http://crimereports.com and https://crimereports.com
with our premier client ID (gme-publiceng) and when we send:
http://maps.googleapis.com/mapsapi/publicapi?file=flashapi&url=http%3A%2F%2Fdashboard.crimereports.com%2FDashboard%2FDashboard.swf&key=OURAPIKEY&v=1.9a&flc=x
(where OURAPIKEY is our real API key)
it works great, but if we send:
http://maps.googleapis.com/mapsapi/publicapi?file=flashapi&url=https%3A%2F%2Fdashboard.crimereports.com%2FDashboard%2FDashboard.swf&key=OURAPIKEY&v=1.9a&flc=x
(the only difference being one tiny, little "s") we get a 404 response
back from google maps.
Any suggestions?
