Hmm, we don't seem to provide an obvious way to do it. It seems to me
that you would need to constantly
re-open the infowindow while the marker was moving. Perhaps a
tooltip-like overlay would be more appropriate? You could use
something like this:
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/flash/demogallery.html?searchquery=tooltip&classname=

You could also file a feature request, but I'm not sure how many
developers would benefit from that functionality.
