The Flash Maps API can display a custom map type that renders moon maps, using the open-source planetary map types library: http://gmaps-utility-library-flash.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/examples/CustomMapMoon/bin-release/CustomMapMoon.html But it cannot be a full 3d sphere like the Earth API.
