That was my expectation at the time, so it was not knowingly an empty promise. :-)
In the process of trying to get that release out we discovered some changes in the build environment since the last release required us to update the release process. We decided that rather than just "patching up" the release process we would fix some more systemic issues that made releasing harder than it should be generally. This has held things up a bit, but the good news is that it's almost done. We're now aiming to get the release out by the end of this week. As always I can not guarantee that some unexpected hurdle will not present itself, but we will do our best. Many thanks, Thor.
