I am developing a google maps application which show a list of hotels on a map of India. Using the Google API, the disputed territories of India show up with dotted line boundaries. The same behaviour is noted on google.COM/maps. However, if you to google.CO.IN/maps, the boundaries are in solid lines. This map suits me just fine as this is what my client wants.
