Convince Apple that supporting flash is a good idea... write your own flash plugin for iOS (perhaps using gnash as a starting point) root your device and install it, then fix the AIR SDK to use your custom plugin :) Joking aside, I think the only real option is to write your application in Objective C using the iOS SDK then re-write it using Flex/AIR for web/desktop and Android SDK for other mobiles. Alternative to writing 3 programs maybe you could use the HTML holders in iOS and AIR and use the javascript maps API, but these are all just guesses. Would love to hear a workaround for this one though.
