Close on mouseout of marker is easy. The hard part is keeping it open if the mouse goes out of the marker and onto the info window, then closes it on infowindow mouseout. Markus needs it to stay open because he's got clickable content in the infowindow. It would be a bit awkward for the user to do it with the Google infowindow anyway because it's so difficult to slide the mouse from the marker, up the infowindow stem without doing a mouseout. I think the best that can be done without an awful lot of hard work would be to open the infowindow on mouseover and leave it open until something else happens. That "something else" would include things like map clicks and map mouseouts. I personally think that mouseover infowindow opening looks rather ugly in Google Maps because of the auto pan. -- http://econym.googlepages.com/index.htm The Blackpool Community Church Javascript Team --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
