We keep running into this problem where certain addresses, when geocoded, return the coordinates for a similar, but incorrect, address.
For example, an address on Spruce Ln in edwards, CO will return an address on Spruce Cir. Others who have experienced this have turned to Yahoo's geocoder. Interestingly, when one enters the address into Google Maps, it returns the correct position. Does anyone know the reason for this discrepancy between Google Maps and the Goecoder?
