Ok, this is happily coming together! I threw out the IFRAMES because it was a temporary fix in the first place to combine other tools without having to rework the whole program. In retrospect I should have done it right the first time!
Here is the link to the same page but everything is in DIV tags (and scrolling...thank you for that bit of info). The last part that I could use help on is with the java. Im not sure what the actual code would be to get it to pop open the marker information.
