Does anyone have good suggestions for a simple method to make markers appear only after one zooms down to a certain level? I believe I'm at level 5 to start with, but I'd like a number of markers to appear only after one reaches level 7 or 8.
In my map (www.onsenjapan.net) I'm realizing that it would make sense to cluster the various onsen hotels or baths from a certain town, at least initially. If someone zoomed in, the various individual establishments would then appear. I have found GMarkerManager, but this appears to be somewhat problematic as it doesn't remember markers that are off the map (I am worried about integration with the sidebar).
