To refresh the entire map:
map.setZoom(map.getZoom());
To refresh a specific tile, you will have to dig the corresponding IMG
node handle out of the DOM. Usually, it will have "style.display" set
to "none". It will be reset by event handler if the tile loads
successfully.
whatever.src=whatever.src;
If you are doing it simply to correct a failure, I doubt anyone will
bust you over TOU issues.
