Hi all, I wasn't sure the best way to go about finding out if what I was planning on doing violated the terms of service or not...
I'm running a subscription based service that would utilize an embedded map in the user page. But, I'm also featuring the same map (identical data, options, etc.) for free outside of the user page... I know that only google premier can be used essentially as a for- profit use, but if I'm featuring the same map both places, is this still a violation?
