Hi,
Yes, if you create the polygons you can make them clickable. It is
also possible to have them change color on a hover and have a tooltip
information box on the hover (little box or just the words with data
within it). You can also have a box open on the click and display
using ajax another web page within the box bubble. There is lots that
can be done!
