Hello, I wonder about terms of licence in the following case : - a standalone application (C++) is using Google static maps service to show some paths with map background - this application is free for basic features, including showing paths over google maps - this application is charged (registering fees) for some other advanced features
Since the Google maps features would be free for everyone (with or without registering fees), according to the tems of Google licence, I guess this application wouldn't need a Google "premier" licence. But this particular case isn't mentionned as far as I read. So, could anyone here confirm this please ?
