In answer to your questions: Maybe, possibly, probably.

I think that is possibly about as specific answer as you can get
without more information. the posting guidelines ask (even if they
dont insist) on a link to the map, for the simple reason its the most
consise way of providing the most information possible about the
situation.

At the moment we dont know how or where you have the data stored,
javascript, html, kml etc, are you hardcoding the map generation or is
it fed dynamically etc, etc, etc, etc. And answering a generic
question, mainly as we are likly to be barking up the wrong tree is
kinda pointless.
