Try using parseFloat() instead of parseInt() on these lines
var lat =
parseInt(GXml.value(markers[i].getElementsByTagName("lat")[0]));
var lng =
parseInt(GXml.value(markers[i].getElementsByTagName("lng")[0]));
When you use parseInt() the marker gets placed at GLatLng(25,-80)
instead of GLatLng(25.451770,-80.408749)
