Bizarrely I had made the following changes, with the exception that i
changed the length of the delay to 0...now that it's back to 200 it
seems to work:
window.setTimeout(function(){map.getInfoWindow().maximize()},200);

When an infowindow opens it looks rather messy - is it possible to
improve this?
