This issue was resolved by replacing:
marker.openInfoWindowHtml(html,{buttons:{restore:{show:4}},
maxContent: html, maxTitle: infotitle, noCloseOnClick: true});
for this:
marker.openInfoWindowHtml("!",{buttons:{restore:{show:4}}, maxContent:
html, maxTitle: infotitle, noCloseOnClick: true});
