Thanks. I assumed that was the case. It seems weird though as I'm assuming behind the scenes the loading of the KMZ file onto a map will be the same regardless of how you load it (GGeoXml or as a url parameter to maps.google.co.uk). I'll just hope that support for this gets added in a later version or someone knows of a clever workaround.
