It matters less what some online dictionary says than what a court would decide. And for a court to decide, someone would have to press the issue there. Short of that, some lawyers might trade letters.
In many areas in the terms of use that Google, Microsoft, Yahoo etc, promulgate, there often seems to be a discrepancy between what the strict language says and what is tolerated in practice. And what the online providers might tolerate today, they might decide to crack down on tomorrow. Meanwhile, there is more than a little "Dont' ask, don't tell" going on, much of it in plain sight.
