The geocoder coordinates look good to me. They certainly match the street map numbers delivered by the Maps API!
The other co-ordinates are 100m up the railway line and a block north just up the street. If you're using the Maps API, use the Maps geocoder. As stated elsewhere in this discussion group, the two geocoders do use different databases.
