My site will include a search field that allows users to enter a location in the UK to search my database for hotels within X miles.
So for example, some one could enter "London" as a serch location. My question is how best to obtain the longitude and latitude of this location? I want to be sure that it only returns longitudes and latitudes for the UK. For example, I do not want a search entry of "Wellington" to return the latitude/longitude for Wellington in New Zealand.
