I admit I dont fully understand the question. I think you mean you
want to reproduce a Map that has been created on Google Maps 'My Map'
function?

 If you just want to put it on another website, use the 'Embed'
function - accessible by clicking 'Link' when viewing the My Map.

Or do you want that 'data' so you can put it in a map using the API?
If so have a look at GGeoXML - that can load the KML from My Maps
directly. If you want more control than that there are other KML
parsers, eg GeoXML, or EGeoXML.
