Actually, the Google Maps Terms and Conditions and the Google Maps API
Terms of Service do not apply only to lawyers. They apply to anyone
who uses these Google services. So you may not be interested -- I
have known hacker kids who wouldn't care, either -- but most others
who use these services responsibly are.
