What makes you consider them alternatives... they get there data from
the same sources as Google does. Contact your competitors Navtek
and TeleAtlas ... they consider people doing vehicle tracking
competitors
it isnt going to be cheap to buy there data.

I dont know what kind of coverage... Open Street Map has for spain (it
is a data source where
as OpenLayers is a mapping API) OSM has good data in some places like
the UK and spotty data in
others, check it out for yourself.
