Hi. On our website we display the real estate's project location as markers on a small map next to the list, when you click on one of the marker an info window opens with the project's description and picture.
The problem is that when the info window opens Google Maps re-centers the map in a way that even if the info window's width is smaller than the map's the info window doesn't show completely (you can't see the right side and the close button) while there is some empty space left on the left. If you manually drag the map it's easy to see that the info window could fit entirely inside the map view. I suspect it is because the map controls shows up on top of the info window and that is why the infowindow is pushed to the right like that. I think it would be good if the info window could show up on top of the controls and so avoid all those problems, even an optional option would be good.
