There are so many variables in how long lines are wrapped when sending an email and when receiving and displaying it that it's rather difficult to speculate. Or even, easy to speculate but hard to settle on a definitive answer. Far better to use something like tinyurl.com and shorten the URL to something manageable. There are other services too. Doing that avoids the problem altogether.
