After reading TOU and FAQ i understanded next (please, correct me if i wrong): 1) Yes, anyone can use (surfing) my web site for free with out any payment,even through if i take some money for placing your company info on my free for all map(layer). 2) I can place on my site (not on my map layer) my own banner system or any else advertising banner system (lake Google Adsense, Yandex Direct and e.t.c.). Also i can use another kind of advertising on my map layer via the GAdsManager class. 3) If i want use some fragments from Google Maps to printable version (for example, i want to print some brochures with fast food places) i need take written consent from Google Co. on use their TM in my brochures. 4) If i want use Google Maps Api on site, where anyone before watching my map must pay me, in this case, i must use Google Maps Api Premier.
P.S. The main thing what i understand, that is until web access to my site will be free(without charging) for everyone, i can use Google Maps Api without any restriction (in the context TOU). Of cause, i can mark on map anything like drugs sale places and other illegal services or places. Thank you.
