Er... just to be completely clear, that should say "I can NOT mark on
map..."

Note that Google have their own ideas about what is illegal or not. In
the UK and in other places, it's legal for people under 21 to buy
cigarettes and alcohol and visit casinos, for example, but you can't
use Google to promote those activities with that age group.
