I'd be pulling the hair out of my head on this one, but there is
already not a single hair left. :^(

I have a typical google map that displays members of our motorcycle
group across the country (it's an 800x600-pixel map of America,
centered in Kansas, etc). This map behaves perfectly in both Firefox
and MSIE - and always has:

http://www.fjrtech.com/nafo/nafomap.cfm

Now I am moving this SAME, IDENTICAL map over to my 2nd domain at
heavybus.com.... it is using the *identical* code, the *identical* XML
file holding the member data, the *identical* website file
structure.... each and every source code character is PRECISELY the
same as the correctly behaving map on the fjrtech.com site.

The SOLE difference is, of course, a different Google API key for
usage on the different domain (heavybus.com). Otherwise.... it is an
exact replication in every way.

So... happily, in Firefox, Chrome and other DOM-compliant browsers, it
displays perfectly and behaves as advertised:

http://www.heavybus.com/stampede/nafomap.cfm

Now view that same URL in MSIE (ver 6 and above)..... what is *this*?!

The rendered map is not "centered"; it displays the southeast portion
of the country in the far upper LEFT corner of the 800x600 display
area! The member balloons show up - and are clickable, etc. And you
can "click and drag" that portion of the map in an effort to center
the map, and it *appears* to do want to perform as advertised (member
balloons move as expected, etc), but NONE of the underlying map will
display with the exception of that far upper left corner.

I have wrestled with this problem for two weeks straight.

I am demoralized as I can be. :^(

Please help. Please... someone show me "the light", because this is
clearly defeating me.... :^(
