It is apparent (in this particular example) that my HTML kung fu is
weak... :^(
I believe Larry has nailed it.... significant progress has been made:
the map does fully render now, however it is not appropriately
centered when finished. Perhaps this problem will go away once the
*other* 43 flippin' HTML errors are eradicated.
*sigh*
