Be aware that most of your geocode requests are currently failing due to the fact that you're exceeding the geocoding speed limit. Try opening your page in two browser windows and observe that the pattern of markers is very different.
With 150 markers, once you switch to using the coordinates rather than attempting to geocode, you should find the speed acceptable in browsers other than MSIE. If you insist on having all 150 markers displayed simultaneously, then using a marker manager won't help.
