You have to ponder what 'precise coodinates' are for a postcode though ; while many indicate somewhere within a hundred yards some rural postcodes can cover a few miles. You might also need to look at Yahoos T&Cs, it is possible they have different restrictions (which would affect their relationship with the Post Office too), also the rate restrictions would be different to Googles.
