If you mean "Search engine firendly URLs", then the normal practice is 
to have them in the same domain that the non-SEF URL resides in, or a 
subdomain of that domain. So that's OK. Google keys span subdomains.

If your SEF URLs are not in the same domain, then you'd have to check 
window.location.host and perform key switching.
