I don't know why your kml is not working now and it was working before, Novoveskahuta.
All my kml files are working on v2.x (v2.140g) even with those as large as 1Mb. You're using v2 (v2.139e). One thing you can try is change the kml filename to pevent the server from sending your app old cached images. I notice you're using ArcWeb tool to generate the kml files.
