an addition:
I've checked the role of the proxy:
Without the proxy the environment 1 works too
and only the file {mod_jslinker.js,mod_drag,mod_controls}.js is
loaded.
The problem seems to to be a mixture between ie6 and squid and maybe
the naming of the js-file "{mod_*,mod_*}.js
