I've found a solution to rhis problem:

The problem has nothing to do with .net framework.
The only difference lies with an advanced option in IE6:

# In Internet Explorer, choose Tools > Internet Options.
# Click the Advanced tab.
# Under HTTP 1.1 settings, check "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy
connections".

Without this option checked, you get the situation descriped in
Environment 1.
Sometimes some .js files (like main.js) are truncated or scrampled.

If this option is checked, everything works fine.
Maybe this should be notes somewhere in the Google Maps FAQ.
