Google uses a sphere.  The others use ellipsoids.  Except for EPSG:
4326 which uses Lat/Lon coordinates, the BBOX parameters must be
expressed in meters.  The USGS servers may not support every EPSG.  I
have not seen a solution using the same EPSG for every zoom level.
