I have build complex interactive maps with with Google Maps API for couple of my clients. Now they want more same kind of maps and I'm wondering if it's allowed by Google Maps API Terms of Service (TOS) to build a web service that would allow my clients to build these interactive maps by themselves. The web service would include series of forms and multiple choises and based of them it would generate the interactive map. Generated maps would be freely available to public.
Does the TOS allow me to charge money from my clients for the use this web service? And what about if also host these interactive maps and my clients only embed them for their homepage if needed. Does this change the scenario? What do you think?
