There are the  "RSS" and "View in Google Earth" buttons at the top of
your "MyMap".  The first give you a link to an RSS feed of the map
content, the second what I called a "dynamic" KML feed (if you want to
see the actual KML you have to go one layer deeper).

That part I would expect you to have to code yourself, someone else
may know of a way to automate it.
