Currently doing this project as part of my final year project.
Below requirements i need:
1. Get the details from GPS receiver and store/directly importing into
google maps.
Can you please explain about this...how to store the data into
database, which is
coming from gps receiver.
2. To show the details of gps receiver dynamically on the map with
respect to vehicle position.
How can i achieve this??
Till now i created one webpage exported map into my webpage (using
google map api)
and learnt how to mark and drawn the poly line by using javascript.
I read the articles on this project but i am not underastanding..can
any one please explain some more briefly...which softwares i have to
use, database, scripting languages/programming languages....
I am planning to do this project under ubuntu 8.10.
