Actually, I don't think the premier license is required as it simply
displays a point on the map using the built in UIWebView with a couple
of parameters. The UIWebView is a browser, Safari, so it should be ok.
They are charging for the application, not access to the browser,
maybe a fine line but it seems to be within the terms.
