It's not sneaky, what you have is just like any other site except the app loads the URL in the browser interface, so the net result (no pun intended) is to have an embedded map that's really just another website.
It could be any URL, except I'm guessing they have a parameter they pass to the URL that indicates the position to display, not much different than this one: http://maps.huge.info/pinpointaddress.htm Locate an address, then click on the "Link" link. It will show a parameter driven map with a point, pretty much just like they have in the app. Of course, I could be completely wrong.
